Hear what happy residents and their families have to say about their experience at Complete Care.

“Thank you for all you do and thank you to your entire staff, volunteers, etc…

“I had elective joint replacement surgery and was nervous about going to rehabilitation. The staff was very warm and welcoming upon my arrival. My room was a beautiful private suite which was nice. The therapists got me up and moving right away and I was able to walk out the door when I was discharged home. One of the nice things was that I got called the next morning to see how my first night was at home, that was very thoughtful and I really appreciated it. I can’t say enough about the great people I met while at CompleteCare at Laurelton and would not hesitate coming back if I needed it or recommend it.”

Great Care

“I  want to thank your staff for the great care you gave my Mom.  Everyone was so nice and caring  to all of us during a most  difficult time.  My mom had been in another facility and it was not a pleasant experience and ended up back in the hospital. When she came to Complete Care at Laurelton we were guarded however   we cannot say enough about how great everyone was.  Mom did pass away with dignity and peace for both her and us the family. Thank you again.”

“Since taking over Laurelton Village we have seen improvements in the food, activities we have gone out on several trips, BBQ’s  – we can honestly say that Complete Care is giving Complete Care.  The Administrator, Eli Senderovits is very hands on and always has an open door and a smile.”

Resident Council President Douglas Patterson

“Our Mom had been at Laurelton and it was time for her to go on hospice. The staff was welcoming as they always have been in the past. She was surrounded by familiar faces and given a private suite so her favorite chair was able to be brought in to help her be made more comfortable. Mom lived out her remaining days in comfort in peace and dignity surrounded by family and friends.”

Great Rehabilitation!!

“I recently fell at home and had to be hospitalized. I have never been to a rehabilitation facility before and was nervous about going.  Everyone was so welcoming the moment I came through the door. In fact I recognized the Admissions Director from coming to my church group at St. Martha’s  monthly doing our blood pressures. If I ever need rehab again I will come back here. If any of my friends need rehab I will make sure to tell them to come here.”
